Calico-Jack Daniel's morning smoothie recipe:
2 cups of water
1 cup of Spinach Leaves (from a salad bag)
1 Banana
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 cup of frozen Blackberries
1 cup of frozen Raspberries
6 frozen whole Strawberries
Blend, poor, enjoy. You hardly taste the spinach as the banana overpowers the overall flavor. Makes roughly 40oz which I split with my wife in the morning.

Looking forward to a fun filled Saturday with my two favorite gals, my wife and my 6 month old daughter. For once, my wife doesn't have to work on Saturday! There will be much walking in malls and eating mall food, followed by a huge helping of ice cream. And before you say it, we're supposed to have temperatures warm up to the 50s by this weekend!

Ok, well here's my suggestion, and don't feel like you have too but if you succeed it can be quite fun to "perform" it in front of your friends.
So, I realized something when I was younger. I have the ability to recite the alphabet backwards with relatively the same speed and efficiency as reciting the alphabet the right way.
so, to pass the time, see if you can recite the alphabet backwards, first in your head, and then out loud without missing a letter or without messing up the order. Sometimes it's funny just seeing if it can be done.

I would say the art of chivalry and putting others first is quickly becoming clouded by a self serving, gotta have it all for me and gotta have it quickly type of attitude. While I don't always put my wife first, and am totally not perfect, it sometimes amazes me when simple courtesies or acts of love are overlooked or passed up.
Unfortunately, and I know I'm going to get slack for this, it is sad to see the state of "men" in today's society. There is such an imbalance of strong male leaders and role models compared to the "weaklings" that are present today. What ever happened to constantly fighting for "the girl" and not growing complacent in our romantic relationships. It saddens me really and I will fully admit I used to be one of those guys, who would only fight for the girl until I had that girl, and then i would stop doing my part to keep the relationship alive. There are way too many guys that still do that. And I'm sure not just guys, but ladies too. It seems like there are a heck of a lot of people out for themselves instead of looking out for others too.
I hope that whatever subtleties are there, and whatever "hasn't" happened yet, that you are just surprised beyond belief before this day is over.
